All About 201 Resumes

What is the process typically like?

Upon the client initiating contact, Jenna will reply by providing an intake form and offer an optional appointment via phone call. After Jenna receives the completed intake form along with the current resume and desirable job descriptions, she will create the draft and send back to the client for review. Jenna and the client can discuss any revisions live or the client can send back any revisions via email or track changes. Jenna will make the edits requested. Once finalized, Jenna will provide a Word document and PDF version.

How long will it take to get my resume?

On average, the process can take 1-2 weeks.

What form of payment do you accept?

I will send you an invoice via email to pay through Square by credit or debit card. However, I can also accept Venmo, Zelle, check, or cash.

How many revisions can be made to the resume?

Revisions are essentially unlimited during the process, but I will stop making updates for the price agreed upon within 30 days of the date that the resume was deemed final.

What if I don’t receive any job offers soon after I started applying with my new resume?

Once a resume is complete, it is the client’s job to take ownership of their career and initiate the job search. A resume’s primary purpose is getting you noticed by employers. The resume does not guarantee that you will receive a job offer, it is just the catalyst that starts the process.
